Refunds and Exchanges
We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction. Please remember to place your order with care and ask all questions beforehand and follow our maintenance instructions after purchase.

Bold and Boss Premium Hair Collection

Due to the nature of our products, there is a No Refund / Exchange Only Policy. Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt. We will accept exchanges of undamaged, uncut, unworn merchandise within 10 days of purchase. You must advise us prior to returning any products so we can issue a Return Invoice. We’ll send you a new length or hair texture upon receipt of exchanged hair. Please print and enclose the original sales receipt with your return.

Bold and Boss Style

We at Bold and Boss pride ourselves on offering high quality fashion forward merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer returns on unworn, unaltered, damaged garments for store credit. Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 10th day the item is considered final sale. Returned items must bear all tags and labels upon receipt. Please Note: Store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of a Bold and Boss error.

Order Confirmation & Shipping

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If your item is not in stock, we will advise you immediately. We accept all major credit cards including PAYPAL. All orders placed by 3pm will ship the next business day Monday- Friday if the item is in stock. ALL shipments require a signed signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes.

Shipping (Monday – Fridays only) We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays.
