Refunds & Returns

At Bold & Boss Boutique one of our key core values is Integrity. We pride ourselves on offering high quality, fashion forward merchandise. We aim for 100% satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be granted a store credit. We do not issue refunds.

All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.

All accessories, permanently marked down items and sale items are final sale.

Store credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card with an expiration date of one year from the issue date.

Please email cs@boldandboss.com prior to sending the item to confirm the return.  Once the item is received, we will notify you and issue a store credit.
